We take our time to try to carefully brush out any matts that may have developed in your pet's fur.
Depending on the condition of the coat and what the dog’s tolerance level is, dogs may be subject to shorter haircuts due to severe matting in the fur.

Pets that struggle with the grooming process can receive a topical application of our 100% therapeutic grade Lavender Oil from Young Living Essential Oils. This helps reduce stress and anxiety. Dogs that are considered difficult are also subject to a special handling fee.

Shed-less Treatment -$10.00- Promotes a healthy coat with Show Season Amino Flex de-shed treatment that releases loose fur and greatly reduces shedding. This shampoo is high in proteins and natural ingredients, ensuring a long lasting fragrance.
Specialty Shampoo -$5.00+ Improves the skin & coat using medicated shampoo for yeast, bacterial, and fungal skin conditions. Oatmeal improves dry and irritated/sensitive skin. Flea shampoo soothes any skin irritation and is REQUIRED for any pet that arrives to their appointment with fleas/ticks to ensure we keep a pest free environment.

Nail Clipping -$15.00- Nail clipping for all breeds and sizes
Nail Filing -$10.00- Using a Dremel tool to file down the nail and smooth out the sharp edges while getting as close to the quick as possible. (Filing close to the quick can help the quick recede and, over time, lead to shorter and more comfortable nails!)
File and Clip -$20.00- Clipping of the nails and then we smooth out the hard, sharp while getting as close to the quick as possible
Teeth Brushing -$10.00- Teeth are brushed with enzymatic toothpaste to help eliminate tarter build-up and neutralize bad odors.
Nail Filing + Teeth Brushing -$15.00- For all breeds & sizes!
Vaccine requirements
Vaccine requirements
Rabies - All dogs who are over 12 weeks of age must have up to date Rabies vaccination.
DAPP(L) - DAPP (distemper, adenovirus, parainfluenza, parvovirus) is required for all dogs in any of our services. We are able to administer this vaccine in-house!
L (leptospirosis) is highly recommended
Bordetella - Annually for grooming. We are able to administer this vaccine in-house!
Canine Influenza (dog flu) - Not required for grooming, but HIGHLY recommended!
Proof of all vaccinations must be reviewed and approved by The Bone Yard Pet Shop BEFORE the dog is permitted entry to our facility.

Females in active heat may be refused for grooming depending on various factors.
Vaccination Records can be submitted via email or text. It must be the full page - including owner information, veterinary clinic information, the dog's name(s), date of vaccination and vaccination expiration.
